Conference 'The Cold War and Belgium': invitation and programme

On 12 March 1947, US president Harry S. Truman presented his ‘containment’ doctrine to limit the expansion of the Soviet Union. This is traditionally considered as the starting point of the Cold War.
Today, 75 years later, there is much talk about the beginning of a second Cold War.
On 17 June 2022, CegeSoma organises and is pleased to invite you to a conference about the Belgian dimension of the Cold War.
