Adina Babeş (° 1982) est titulaire d'un doctorat en sciences politiques de la National School of Political Studies and Public Administration de Bucarest  (2013) et d'un master de l’Hebrew University  de Jérusalem en Israël (2012), de l’University of Bucharest en Roumanie (2008), et de la Central European University à Budapest, Hongrie (2006).
Entre 2006 et 2018, elle a travaillé comme chercheuse principale à  l’Elie Wiesel National Institute for the Study of the Holocaust in Romania, et en 2017 en tant que conseillère de projet à la Commission européenne.
Depuis octobre 2018, elle a rejoint le CegeSoma dans le cadre des projets EHRI (European Holocaust Research Infrastructure): EHRI 2 et EHRI Preparatory Phase.
En 2020, elle a obtenu la bourse postdoctorale MSCA dans le cadre de l'appel H2020-MSCA-IF-2019,  pour le projet ‘Nobodies’ Jews: Non-national Jews between Refuge and Deportation during the 1930s and the Holocaust’, ID: 892262, institution d’accueil KU Leuven, Belgique.

Adina Babeş est l'auteur de plusieurs articles et études publiés dans des volumes et des revues universitaires et a présenté des articles scientifiques lors de conférences, séminaires et tables rondes.
